Hit the slopes at Christie Mountain close by, and float down the rapids of Flambeau River in a kayak. This lake
is so wonderful. Thornapple River Campground is a great campground here, and there is a pleasant hiking trail nearby called the Moonridge Trail. An afternoon playing golf at Tee-A-Way Golf Club is always a bliss, and get drenched paddling on Chippewa River.
