Take a hike on the Moonridge Trail. There's so much to do here at Bruce Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Northshore Bar and Campground is a magnificent location for that. Bruce Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Throughout the months of summer here at Bruce Lake, high       temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Bruce Lake. Whitewater paddling is fine on Chippewa River. Bruce Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Ward's Flambeau Resort is a brilliant local campground; after a long day outdoors Paradise Shores Resort Hotel is a tremendous spot to spend a night                  or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn Lodge Ladysmith is a great choice; lots of folks from Eau Claire come here. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bruce Lake; Hardwood Trail is a good local trail; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Christie Mountain.
