     Leesome Pine Campgrounds is a splendid campground nearby; naturally, this is a good neighborhood for people who like lakes, Sport Lake is a lake in the neighborhood. Browns Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August while February is usually the driest month. You can take a little tour to Badger Cranberry Company Dam if you're here at Browns Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western American Heritage Inn.  
   This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lutz Lake is in close proximity to Browns Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Dahle's Campground is a wonderful location to camp.
If you need a place to stay Americinn Shell Lake is a great choice, and there's whitewater on Namekagon River for all you thrill seekers. All through the summer months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Browns Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the
 
               50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Browns Lake. You completely must have a thing about Browns Lake.

This river has nearly 70 miles of river that can be paddled. It goes all the way from the Hayward landing to the Riverside landing after it joins the St Croix River.
