Browns Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. At Browns Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's; the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Browns Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. After a long day outdoors Americinn Shell Lake is a nice place to spend a night or two; Namekagon River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby.

| | Browns Lake is a good site of typical rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. There are other places here than Browns Lake, for example Casper Lake; Dahle's Campground is a pleasant campground here. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant close by hotel is Best Western American Heritage Inn, and Browns Lake is a nice site to camp, Leesome Pine Campgrounds is a nice site. You don’t have to go far from Browns Lake to observe the water at Badger Cranberry Company Dam.
