This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Marty and June Katzka is a tremendous place to camp. Lakes? Sure, 1.99 Reservoir is close by. You can run the rapids of Thunder River close to Brooks Lake, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Crivitz Lodge is a fine choice. Summer brings highs in       the 80's to Brooks Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Brooks Lake. From a precipitation point of view Brooks Lake is a reasonably common location; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
