Brandt Lake is a good place of typical precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Big Powderhorn Mountain; if you need a site to stay Bluffs Inn is a wonderful choice. All through the days of summer at Brandt Lake highs are regularly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the       50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Brandt Lake. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Brandt Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Black River. Lakes? Sure, Allen Lake is around here. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Turtle River; camping at Wabasso Lake Campground is always a brilliant experience. Dry warm beds await                  you at Indianhead Motel; Brandt Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
