Brandt Lake is a good place of typical precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Big Powderhorn Mountain; if you need a site to stay Bluffs Inn is a wonderful choice. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Black River. Lakes? Sure, Allen Lake is around here. you at Indianhead Motel; Brandt Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Big 6 RV Resort and Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Indianhead is one of those things you just should do, and hiking along the Newman Springs Ski Trail is wonderful fun.
