Bowman Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Wolf River, and Boot Lake Campground is a nice campground here. This lake is so wonderful. The Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail offers hiking at its best; Bowman Lake is a good place to camp, Williams' Campground is       a good place. Barnes Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Eds Lake Trail System. After a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a nice location to spend a night or two; dry warm beds await you at Lepak Cottage & Lake Home. During the warm months highs here at Bowman Lake reach the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course, commonly in the 50's.
