Have a nice hiking adventure along the Eds Lake Trail System. There's so much to do here at Boot Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fanny Lake Walk-in Campground is a good spot for that. Hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is glorious fun, as expected you could also pop by Long Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. | | typically in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's while Boot Lake night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a wonderful spot to get some rest.
Hells Acre Springs is always fun to check out. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Boot Lake has to offer, you can camp at Boot Lake Campground. | |

An average amount of precipitation falls at Boot Lake; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous
place for whitewater paddling right next door to Boot Lake is Wolf River, and Boot Lake is not the only place close by, Barnes Lake is a close by lake.

Boulder Lake Lodge
 | Boulder Lake Lodge Resort is 80 acres located in the Nicolet National Forest on spring fed Boulder Lake. The national forest forms the property line to the north and Boulder Lake is the property line on the south. We have every outdoor sport you can think of from motorized water sports to snowmobiling. There is fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and hunting in the adjecent national forest. At the end of the days activity or just for a mid-afternoon drink, you can stop by for a cold one and some good conversation at the Lodge. The Lodge is a central gathering point with a full liquor licence. Our RV sites are being upgraded all the time. We installed a new dump station in 2005. There are 20 sites with electric only.
