If you came for an overnight stay Smith River Campground is a pleasant location to camp; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flambeau River - South Fork. Skiing at Whitecap Mountain is one of those things you just should do, and why not camp at Fishtrap Campground if you're here at Boot Lake.
