When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's, and overnight lows at Boot Lake during the winter typically sink into the-10's. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Boot Lake. From a rainfall point of view Boot Lake is a quite typical site; the month of August is the wettest       with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is February. A great close by hotel is Hayward Super 8 Motel; camping at Boot Lake is wonderful fun, Wasko's Lakeshore Camp is a wonderful local campground.
