After a long day outdoors Americinn - Hayward, Wi is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Pigeon Lake Trail. Why not go to nearby Mulligan Creek while you're here at Bony Lake; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Forest Point Resort & Golf Course is in the neighborhood. | | River is so much fun. High temperatures at Bony Lake all through the warm months are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows at Bony Lake through the winter generally descend into the-10's. close by hotel is Super 8 Motel Hayward Wisconsin. Soar down the rapids of Bois Brule River in a kayak, and the Virgin Pine Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at
Bony Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Nelson Lake Lodge is a fine site for that; do check out Birch Lake, it's a delightful lake. Bony Lake gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls throughout August while February is typically the driest month.

Namekagon River
 | 17 miles away This river has nearly 70 miles of river that can be paddled. It goes all the way from the Hayward landing to the Riverside landing after it joins the St Croix River.
