If you come at the right time of year, Marengo River offers some good whitewater. Don't leave Boggy Pond without first paying a visit to Johnson Springs, and swing by Jader Creek it's a perfect place to stop       by. A magnificent spot to camp here at Boggy Pond is Two Lakes Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Pigeon Lake Trail. All through the summer at Boggy Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and night lows during the wintertime for Boggy Pond tend to be in the-10's. Camping at Perch Lake Campground is always a great experience,                  and going for a hike on the North Country Trail is always a pleasant adventure. What a location this is for outdoors folks. There are some nice whitewater spots on White River, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Anodanta Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
