Bog Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Very charming scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Trollhaugen, and camping at Bog Lake is delightful fun, Schillberg's Campgrounds is a delightful local campground. Having a glorious time at Bog Lake is painless. Why not camp at Wildwood Park Campgrounds since you're here at Bog Lake; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Sunrise

| | Ferry Hiking Trail. Bog Lake gets a common amount of rain; most of the rain falls through June, and February is when it's the driest.
St. Croix River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. Lakes are fine; Deer Lake is a lake that's right next door to Bog Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Wild Mountain. During the warm months highs here
at Bog Lake reach the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs are frequently in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Bog Lake drop into the 0's.
