Take a hike on the Hickory Ridge Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Glen Loch Motel. Hiking along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail is great fun, and Bog Lake is a brilliant place to camp, Northshore Bar and Campground is a brilliant place. After a long day outdoors Paradise Shores Resort Hotel is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots       on Chippewa River. Stay the night at Rock Lake Resort and Campground, and hey, Gotta ski right? Christie Mountain is a great location to do that. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Bog Lake is great! Bog Lake is a site with many visitors from Eau Claire, and there's whitewater on Duncan Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. All through the days of summer at Bog Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down                  to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Bog Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. The annual rainfall here at Bog Lake is about average; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
