Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Bobs Lake reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Bobs Lake dip into the-10's. Nixon Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Alligator Eye Trail. The yearly rainfall here at Bobs Lake       is about average; most of the rain falls all through August, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Plum Lake Golf Club is always a pleasure, and a good site to camp here at Bobs Lake is Mel's woods Resort. Some of the water nearby flows, like McGinnis Creek, and after a long day outdoors Rustic Manor Motor Lodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place.                  Black Bear Lodge is a splendid location to get some rest, and Bear Springs is a delightful place to have a look at while you're at Bobs Lake.
