There's pleasant hiking along the Virgin Pine Trail, and there are some splendid       whitewater spots on Bois Brule River. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Pigeon Lake Trail. Lakes? Sure, Loon Lake is in the vicinity. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bladder Lake; North Country Trail is a perfect local trail; why not camp at Wildwood Campground while you're here at Bladder Lake. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Bladder Lake, too glorious to be true.
