Dry warm beds await you at New Concord Inn, and you can run the rapids of Flambeau River - South Fork. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Black Lake. Black Lake is a good location of common precipitation; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. Near Black Lake you come across the Newman Springs Ski Trail       which is a great hiking trail. There's so much to do here at Black Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wabasso Lake Campground is a nice place for that. During the summertime here at Black Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Black Lake are in the-10's. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Minocqua, Wi is a glorious                  spot to spend a night or two, and if you've had enough of Black Lake, Birch Lake is nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
