A perfect place for whitewater paddling close to Black Lake is Upper Tamarack River, and Black Lake is right by the Markville Snowmobile Trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at Black Lake; June is the month that gets the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Black Lake is a great site to visit for more than one day, Gafvert Campground is a great site to camp nearby; if you don’t have a problem getting covered

You'll discover a charming lake called Stateline Flowage 3 near Black Lake; a wonderful close by hotel is Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Duluth-South. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Black Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 10's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Black Lake tend to be in the-10's. | |
