A lovely lake like Island Lake close to Black Dan Lake is a brilliant location to go to; close by you find the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. Camping is available at Wolfs Eagle Lodge Resort and Campground; playing golf is lots of fun at Barker       Lake Golf Course. High temperatures at Black Dan Lake during the summertime are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and night lows in the-10's for Black Dan Lake. The Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail is a perfect hiking trail right next door to Black Dan Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would be. Camping at Wolf's Eagle Lodge Resort is always a tremendous                  experience, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Chippewa River - East Fork. An average amount of rain falls at Black Dan Lake; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful.
