A wonderful place to camp here at Bittersweet Lake is Natural Resources Department,       and paddling on Wisconsin River is so much fun. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Minocqua; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Hermanson Springs. For the period of the summertime months at Bittersweet Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's with temperatures at Bittersweet Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.                  Minocqua Country Club is a tremendous golf course close by, as expected you could also check out Prong Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful.
