Yeah, come here to Birch Lake for a great time. Rainbow Lake is a wonderful lake in the vicinity of Birch Lake; Birch Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Presque Isle Campground is a great local campground. Be careful coming to the Gogebic Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. A great close by hotel is Americinn - Minocqua, Wi, and camping at Henry       Lake Campground is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Indianhead is one of those things you just ought to do. Lakes? Sure, Tamarack Lake is close at hand. The warmest time of the year at Birch Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Birch Lake. Whitewater paddling is tremendous                  on Planter Creek, and great skiing awaits you at Big Powderhorn Mountain. That right there is a load of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Gogebic Range has it all.
