Beautiful Birch Lake has much to offer visitors. On a nice day at Birch Lake you can take a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lakewood Lodge. Near Birch Lake you hit upon the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail which is a great hiking trail, and why not head up to Brule Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. Be careful coming to Birch Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. There is a delightful hiking trail next

Summer at Birch Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and the night is a bit cooler of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Birch Lake. Ham Lake Camp Grounds is a fine campground nearby; get wet paddling on Popple River. This is a perfect region for people who like lakes. Little Birch Lake is a lake close by, and if you came for an overnight
stay Big Joe Campground is a brilliant place to camp. Birch Lake is a good location of common rainfall; the month with most of the rain is September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
