There's whitewater on Totogatic River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Birch Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Nelson Lake Lodge is a fine place to camp nearby. Going for a hike on the Pigeon Lake Trail is always a splendid adventure, and unsurprisingly, this is a pleasant area for people who like lakes, Bony Lake is a lake in close proximity.  | 13 miles away This is a great place to go camping. Very friendly camper, owners Brain & Jean are wonderful. They have the best burgers!!!!!!!!!!!! There are lots of great trails from the campground....We have enjoyed our weekends at this campground ... everyone is very friendly and helpful. The owners are great.... |
Namekagon River
 | 17 miles away This river has nearly 70 miles of river that can be paddled. It goes all the way from the Hayward landing to the Riverside landing after it joins the St Croix River. This river could easily be made into a 3-4 night paddle. It has quite a few canoe campsites and also access to freshwater at several landings.
