North Country Trail, and you can stay the night at Day Lake Campground. This spot rules, just explore all the amusing stuff to do in close proximity to Birch Lake. There's so much to do here at Birch Lake that you need to camp here
for a while, Chippewa River Campground is a perfect place for that; Best Western Holiday House is a nice site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's magnificent hiking along the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail; why not pop by close by Hawkins Creek while you're here at Birch Lake.
