Through the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 70's at Big Twin Lake with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Big Twin Lake. If only every site had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great planet it would be. Don't leave Big Twin Lake without first going       for a hike along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Little Twin Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at; Rolling Stone Lake Resort is a great campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a pleasant choice, and Big Twin Lake is a good site to visit for more than one day, Joy Harbor Campground is a good site to camp nearby. Big Twin Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall;                  the month with most of the rain is September, and the driest of the months is February.
