Dry warm beds await you at Luck Country Inn, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CROIX VALLEY is a wonderful choice, and a brilliant place to camp here at Big Trade Lake is James N       Mcnally Campground. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Trollhaugen; while you're here you can take a hike along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail. High temperatures at Big Trade Lake through the months of summer are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's, and overnight lows at Big Trade Lake                  during the winter frequently plunge into the-10's. A wonderful lake like Little Trade Lake near Big Trade Lake is a great place to go to, and Pickle Lake is a perfect lake nearby. Camping at Birchwood Beach Campgrounds is always a good experience; get soaked paddling on St. Croix River. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Big Trade Lake; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
