     Americinn - Minocqua, Wi is a great place to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Turtle River. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Wabasso Lake Campground is always a good experience, and almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Bearskull Lake is just a very short distance away. Just can't get enough of Big Pine Lake. Big Pine Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Emily Lake Campground is a good local campground. From a  
   rainfall point of view Big Pine Lake is a reasonably common place; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is February.
Looking for something next to Big Pine Lake? Townline Lake is in the neighborhood, and close by you find the Newman Springs Ski Trail which is a great hiking trail. High temperatures at Big Pine Lake during the summertime are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The
 
               wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Big Pine Lake. Get wet paddling on Flambeau River - South Fork; the slopes of Big Powderhorn Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.
