     From Big Lake you acquire a great view of Cemetery Hill, and 56 Reservoir is a magnificent lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Big Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Campground Number Four is a good place to camp nearby, and there's some flowing water close by, West Branch Beaver Creek is a stream you can stop at while here. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area in the neighborhood of Big Lake has to  
   offer. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Yellow River. A delightful nearby hotel is Holiday Inn TOMAH-EXIT 143; lakes are such peaceful sites, why not pop by Kingston Flowage 46.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Big Lake; the night is quite colder of course, usually in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Big Lake drop into the
 
               0's. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Tomah Wisconsin is a pleasant site to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Campground Number Two. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Big Lake; most of the rain falls during September, and February on the other hand is the driest.
