Big Bear Flowage in fact is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. A perfect place to camp here at Big Bear Flowage is Russell Park Campground. Camping is available at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp; in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Morrison Creek. There's a great forest near Big Bear Flowage called Black River State Forest, and if you       need a place to stay Best Western Arrowhead Lodge & Suites is a brilliant choice. Big Bear Flowage is a good location of normal rainfall; most of the rain falls all through September, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Big Bear Flowage, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
