After a long day outdoors Washington Resort Cottages is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, as expected you could also stop by Bass Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Brown's Country Campsite is a tremendous campground here, and if you want to play some golf,       you're in luck because Shawano Lake Golf Club is in the neighborhood. Stay the night at Shawano County Park, and there's pleasant hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Berry Lake is a good site of common precipitation; through September this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Wolf River, and a brilliant nearby hotel                  is Pinewood Cottages. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Berry Lake while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's.
