Pike River - South Branch is a splendid whitewater spot in close proximity to Beecher Lake, and do explore Beecher Lake, it's a beautiful lake. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Beecher Lake is excellent! In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pemebonwon - South Branch; you'll find a gorgeous lake called Papoose Lake. For the       period of the summer highs here at Beecher Lake get into the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Beecher Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Beecher Creek is a stream that you may bump into while here. People from Marinette love to come to Beecher Lake; a glorious nearby hotel is Iron Mountain-Days Inn. Camping at Amberg Campgrounds and Bar is                  always a fine experience; a day on the slopes of Norway Mountain is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. A good place to camp here at Beecher Lake is Tranquil Vista Campgrounds; while you're here why not take a look at Minneapolis Shoal. Beecher Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; through September this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest.
