Camping at Beecher Lake is wonderful fun, Tranquil Vista Campgrounds is a wonderful local campground, and why not stop at close by Beecher Creek if you're here at Beecher Lake. Chipmunk Rapids is always fun to check out, and after a long day outdoors Iron Mountain-Days Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Pemebonwon - South Branch;       obviously, A journey to Minneapolis Shoal is always fun. The warmest time of the year at Beecher Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows during the wintertime for Beecher Lake tend to be in the 0's. All the outdoors entertaining stuff close to Beecher Lake will keep you coming back again and again. A day on the slopes of Norway                  Mountain is just what you need; you're sure to bump into some friendly folks from Marinette here. There's whitewater on Pike River - South Branch for all you adrenaline people, and Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Iron Mountain, MI is a nice spot to get some rest. The yearly rain here at Beecher Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is mostly September, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest. If you came for an overnight stay Amberg Campgrounds and Bar is a brilliant place to camp; Barr Lake is a perfect lake nearby.
