The beauty of Beauprey Lake is reason enough to stop by. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Beauprey Lake. Turtle Rapids is a glorious local attraction; Beauprey Lake is not the only site close by, Pine Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Shawano Super 8 Motel. There's so much to do here at Beauprey Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Menominee Reservation Campground is a magnificent site

| | for that. The annual rain here at Beauprey Lake is about average; September is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month.
If you need a location to stay Kiryat Hotel is a nice choice; don't forget to take a wonderful little journey to Five Island Creek. There are brilliant locations to look at along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Going for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is always a delightful adventure, and | |

Beauprey Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Echo Valley Resort and Campgrnd is a great local campground.
During the warmest time of the year at Beauprey Lake highs are typically in the 70's while night lows are
ordinarily in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Beauprey Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Paddling on Wolf River is so much fun, and a lake close by is Waukau Lake.

Wolf River
| I went rafting there two days ago and I had SO much fun! One rapid, called lower Dells, has cliffs on both sides and we jumped of them. If you jump make sure to jump far out (I hit my knee on a rock) and face toward the light green trees when you are jumping from the right side (when you are facing the rapids) Also, it is fun to swim Dave's Wave which is the second half of the lower Duck's Nest. Make sure to go down Big Smokey! And then pull your raft to the side of the river and go under the waterfall!! So much fun! The only bad thing was the water level was low... so we got pretty scraped up on the rocks.... |

Boulder Lake Lodge
 | Boulder Lake Lodge Resort is 80 acres located in the Nicolet National Forest on spring fed Boulder Lake. The national forest forms the property line to the north and Boulder Lake is the property line on the south. We have every outdoor sport you can think of from motorized water sports to snowmobiling. There is fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and hunting in the adjecent national forest. At the end of the days activity or just for a mid-afternoon drink, you can stop by for a cold one and some good conversation at the Lodge. The Lodge is a central gathering point with a full liquor licence. Our RV sites are being upgraded all the time. We installed a new dump station in 2005. There are 20 sites with electric only.
