The amount of rain that falls at Beasley Lake is close to the national average; September is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture. Why not camp at Deerhaven Campground while you're here at Beasley Lake, and Foxfire Golf Club is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's a forest here at Beasley Lake called Greenwood Forest. A splendid sight of beautiful       Mount Joel is available from Beasley Lake, and camping is available at Hartman Creek State Park. You can run the rapids of Little Wolf River next to Beasley Lake; if you've had enough of Beasley Lake, Chain O' Lakes is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that good but Shung-we Creek in the neighborhood of Beasley Lake is quite good; dry warm beds await you at Village Inn Motel. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more exciting                  stuff to do here at Beasley Lake. Brownes Point is near Beasley Lake and is a fine spot to go to; why not take a little trip to Allen Creek while you're here. All through the warm days of summer here at Beasley Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Beasley Lake drop into the 0's.
