Be careful coming to Bear Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. An afternoon playing golf at Cedar Springs Golf Course is always a bliss, and Embarrass River - South Branch has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Casey Lake Campground is a good campground here, and if you're here, you could also go to wonderful Fox Lake. Summer brings highs       in the 80's to Bear Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's; nighttime lows at Bear Lake through the wintertime ordinarily sink into the 0's. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Wolf River, and dry warm beds await you at Village Inn Waupaca. If you came for an overnight stay Conroy's Bear Lake Campground is a splendid spot to camp; if                  you need a location to stay Best Western Grand Seasons Hotel is a nice choice.
