Americinn - Plover, Wi is a wonderful place to get some rest, and a pleasant site to camp here at Bear Lake is Family Frontier Campground. An average amount of rain falls at Bear Lake; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Lakes? Sure, Adams Lake is around here, and what would winter be without some skiing at Nordic Mountain. There are other locations here than Bear Lake, for example Thomas Lake; you'll meet a lot of folks from Stevens Point here.
