This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. A magnificent site to camp here at Bear Lake is Tranquil Vista Campgrounds. Camping at Amberg Campgrounds and Bar is always a brilliant experience; since you're here, you could also stop by stunning Glen Lake. For the period of the summer months highs here at Bear Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The       wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Bear Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Crivitz Lodge; you'll meet a lot of people from Marinette here. What would winter be without some skiing at Norway Mountain, and a brilliant place for whitewater paddling is Pike River - South Branch. The annual precipitation here at Bear Lake is about average; the month of                  September is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February.
