Bear Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Bear Lake. Get drenched paddling on Chippewa River - East Fork, and you'll locate a striking lake called Cub Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bear Lake; Tuscobia Park Falls       State Trail is a perfect local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Wolfs Eagle Lodge Resort and Campground is always a magnificent experience, and drift down the rapids of Chippewa River - East Fork in a kayak. Don't leave Bear Lake without first going for a hike along the Black Lake Trail; camping is available at Wolf's Eagle Lodge Resort. Summer at Bear Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is rather cooler of course,                  typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Bear Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Dry warm beds await you at Park Falls Super 8 Motel; if you're here, you could also stop by scenic Blaisdell Lake.
