Take a side tour to Gilmore Creek; there are other places here than Bass Lake, for example Rainbow Flowage. Bass Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Journey's End is a good place to do that, and Black Bear       Lodge is a nice place to get some rest. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Bass Lake. Rainbow Rapids is always fun to check out; paddling on Wisconsin River is so much fun. If you need a place to stay Rustic Manor Motor Lodge is a tremendous choice; Rainbow Flowage 740 is a nice lake nearby. Through the days of summer at Bass Lake highs are regularly in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with                  highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Bass Lake are in the-10's.
