This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Shawano Lake Golf Club is a wonderful way to kill some time, and camping is available at Fawn Lake Campground. From a precipitation point of view Bass Lake is a quite normal spot; most of the rain falls through September, and the driest of the months is January. Lakes are brilliant; Coon Lake       is a lake that's close to Bass Lake; if you come at the right time of year, Wolf River offers some wonderful whitewater. Be careful coming to Bass Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. Hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is great fun. Summer at Bass Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down                  throughout the winter temperatures at Bass Lake drop into the-10's.
