Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are truly abundant here at Bass Lake. Have a great hiking adventure along the Bearskin State Park Trail; not far from Bass Lake you'll hit upon Clark Lake which is a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Sure-wood Forest Campground; while you're here and you like golf, you can visit Inshalla Country Club. All through the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily       are in the 70's at Bass Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 10's while Bass Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the-10's. From a precipitation point of view Bass Lake is a pretty normal place; most of the rain falls throughout August, and February on the other hand is the driest. There's always Kings Dam to explore near Bass Lake, and Rodeway Inn & Suites is a delightful place                  to get some rest. Bass Lake is a wonderful place to camp, Muskellunge Resort is a wonderful place; whitewater paddling is great on Wisconsin River. While you're here at Bass Lake you will meet lots of people from close by Merrill.
