Kings Dam is charming and it's close to Bass Lake, and Wisconsin River is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. People from Merrill love to come to Bass Lake, and enjoy a round of golf at Inshalla Country Club. Bass Lake gets a typical amount of rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other       hand is the driest. This place rocks, just look at all the cool things to do near Bass Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wisconsin River, and Rodeway Inn & Suites is a perfect place to get some rest. During the summertime months highs here                  at Bass Lake reach the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
