You'll come across a gorgeous lake called Richardson Lake near Bass Lake, and camping is available at Richardson Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is always a great adventure, and Richardson Creek is near Bass Lake and is always       a bliss to go to. This lake is so wonderful. Yeah, come here to Bass Lake for a great time. A magnificent place for whitewater paddling close to Bass Lake is Wolf River, and close by you locate the Eds Lake Trail System which is a good hiking trail. Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a tremendous location to get some rest, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Brule Mountain since you're here. An average amount of precipitation                  falls at Bass Lake; most of the rain falls through September; February is when it's the driest. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Peshtigo River; there are great spots to discover along the Dendro Eco Trail. During the summertime months here at Bass Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
