Wisconsin has many beautiful lakes and Bass Lake is one of them. Bass Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Bass Lake is a great location to camp, Golden Eagle Park and Campground is a great location, and float down the rapids of Pine River in a kayak.

Camping at Bass Lake is brilliant fun, Keyes Lake Campground is a brilliant local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Popple River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop by Bush Lake in the vicinity of Bass Lake, it's a stunning lake, and this is a popular place for folks from Iron Mountain. Not enough hours in a day to
enjoy this site. A great nearby hotel is Pine Mountain Hotel & Resort, and the Lauterman Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by.
