This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Eau Claire here. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Chetek, and if you came for an overnight stay Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a great place to camp. For the duration of the summertime at Bass Lake highs are commonly in the 80's; the overnight is somewhat       cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Bass Lake tend to be in the-10's. What a place this is for outdoors folks. There are some great whitewater spots on Chippewa River, and going for a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. If you need a location to stay Glen Loch Motel is a splendid                  choice, and why not camp at Loon Lake Camp Grounds while you're here at Bass Lake. An average amount of rainfall falls at Bass Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest. The slopes of Christie Mountain are so inviting noone can resist; if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Deer Fly Trail.
