Lakes are great; Coruick Lake is a lake that's close to Bass Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Upper Tamarack River. The Markville Snowmobile Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at Bass Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mallard       Lake Resort and Campgrounds is a nice spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. This is a perfect area for people who like lakes. Boner Lake is a lake close at hand, and Bass Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Anchor Bay Camping and Cabins is a splendid local campground. For the period of the months of summer here at Bass Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with                  highs in the 10's with temperatures at Bass Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Bass Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest.
