Throughout the summertime months here at Bass Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are regularly in the 10's, and night lows during the winter for Bass Lake tend to be in the-10's. There are some good whitewater spots on Chippewa River - West Fork, and going for a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail       will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. It's always good to have a look at Eighteenmile Creek Springs, and Adeline Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. There's so much to do here at Bass Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Namakagon Campgrounds is a great spot for that; hiking along the North Country Trail is good fun. Bass Lake is right by the Virgin Pine Trail. Just can't get enough                  of Bass Lake. Playing golf is lots of fun at Tahkodah Hills Golf Course, and Bass Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Two Lakes Campground is a perfect local campground. If you need a place to stay Best Western Holiday House is a delightful choice; if you come at the right time of year, Marengo River offers some good whitewater.
