After a long day outdoors Hayward Super 8 Motel is a good place to spend a night or two, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Buskey Bay. This lake is so wonderful. A fine spot to camp here at Bass Lake is Wildwood Campground; Northern Pines Golf Course is a good golf course nearby. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bois Brule River; you can       go for a hike on the Virgin Pine Trail. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Bass Lake get into the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Bass Lake are in the-10's. Yeah, come here to Bass Lake for a pleasant time. Camping is available at Birch Grove Campground, and going for a hike on the Pigeon Lake Trail                  is always a great adventure.
