Be careful coming to Bass Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. You'll stumble on a charming lake called Tenmile Lake near Bass Lake; golf can be played at Sunset View Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Bass Lake is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Chetek River Campgrounds is a delightful       location to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Viking Motel. Beaver Creek flows through this vicinity; there's magnificent hiking along the Hardwood Trail. Do explore Jacobson Lake near Bass Lake, it's a beautiful lake; hiking is a popular thing to do around Bass Lake; Hickory Ridge Trail is a great local trail. High temperatures at Bass Lake during the summer are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The wintertime                  comes with highs in the 20's while Bass Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the-10's. The annual rainfall here at Bass Lake is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture.
