If you need a location to stay Days Inn Iron Mountain is a tremendous choice. Lakes? Sure, Beecher Lake is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Barr Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. The winter comes       with highs in the 20's while Barr Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. Don't leave Barr Lake without first paying a visit to Chipmunk Rapids; folks from Marinette love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the perfect skiing at Norway Mountain, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Upper Lake. An average amount of rain falls at Barr Lake; the month of September                  is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Visit Beecher Creek if you're here at Barr Lake; camping is available at Amberg Campgrounds and Bar. So much exciting stuff to do here at Barr Lake, too wonderful to be true.
