This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Barker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Boulder Lodge Resort, and there are great places to explore along the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail. High temperatures at Barker Lake all through the warm months are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.       During the winter highs are in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Barker Lake are in the-10's. Lakes are good; Hunter Lake is a lake that's near Barker Lake, and paddling on Chippewa River - West Fork is so much fun. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things right next door to Barker Lake. Don't leave Barker Lake without first going for a hike along the Black Lake Trail; whitewater paddling is good on Chippewa River - East Fork.
