Summer at Barber Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Barber       Lake. The Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is a delightful hiking trail near Barber Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Chippewa River - East Fork. Stay the night at Wolf's Eagle Lodge Resort, and lakes are such serene sites, why not check out Perch Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Americinn Lodge Ladysmith is a pleasant location to get some rest, and Barker Lake Golf Course is a splendid golf course nearby. All the outdoors exciting stuff right next door                  to Barber Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Some nearby water includes Island Creek, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail. South Barber Lake is a great lake in the neighborhood of Barber Lake, and going for a hike along the Black Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. From a precipitation point of view Barber Lake is a pretty typical spot; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
