This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Upper Balsam Lake WP92 Dam since you're here, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Apple River. All through the summertime months here at Balsam Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. Throughout the       dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. During the wintertime highs are generally in the 10's with temperatures at Balsam Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights.
